It's all going on at Hestercombe Gardens...

Hestercombe is always changing and 2010 saw the opening of the newly restored historic Water Mill with displays of original Victorian machinery and mill equipment. The Orangery Lawns and Water Mill are also the focus for Hestercombe's 'Autumn Country Fair' - fun filled family days with masses of FREE entertainment from Punch and Judy to Face Painting, Morris Dancing, Falconry .... and more. This major Autumn event features lots of food and craft stalls showcasing Somerset's finest producers and makers.

Hestercombe and The Somerset Leisure Trust  expand their programme to bring a wide variety of childrens' activities to the gardens particularly focused around school holidays. But for quieter exercise, FREE Qigong classes are regularly run in the Gardens -  every Tuesday at 11a.m. (Garden admission fee applies.)

So visit often and enjoy the art, the music, the food and the gardens, all year round.

Also -
Please remember, Hestercombe is an independent charity and all proceeds from events, shop and restaurant support the continuing restoration, development and maintenance of these beautiful gardens.
